How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping Charges are based on Shopping Cart Total.

Please note, once your package has left our facility it is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service (for domestic orders) to deliver it to the address provided. We are happy to provide the tracking number for your domestic package; please contact us at suzie@fitgrammy.com with your order number for further information. If tracking indicates that it is in the hands of the USPS, please contact your local USPS office for any questions or concerns.

Fit Grammy is not responsible for any lost or mis-delivered packages, or packages for which the incorrect shipping address has been provided; please contact your local USPS office with any questions or claims.

Where does my product ship from?
All of our products ships from our facility, located in Williamsport, Ohio USA. Orders generally ship 1-3 business days after the order was placed on our website. We ship all of our orders via USPS First Class or Priority mail.

Do you accept international orders?
I am sorry, not at this time.

Can I exchange or return my order?
We happily accept returns and exchanges! If you wish to return a product for any reason, please call first (740) 703-0404 for further instructions. Products will NOT be refunded / exchanged that are more than half used, unless there is something wrong with the product. Face Creams that are missing their sealers (the loose, white insert with the small tab that sits on the jar) will NOT be refunded. All of our products, but especially the Face Cream, are made with natural materials that can be very susceptible to oxygenation. The products should be kept protected from exposure to air as much as possible and this is the purpose of the sealer.

We want to distribute the best products we can for our customers. We encourage and listen to feedback from our customers. Sometimes the product or the container does not always perform as expected, even after testing. If you did not like a product for whatever reason, please take the time to let us know how you used it and what you did not like about it, so that we can make necessary adjustments.

There was a mistake on my order. What should I do?
Please contact Fit Grammy at suzie@fitgrammy.com within 30 days of placing your order and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible. With regret, we are unable to check into orders beyond this time period.
