Welcome back, I am so glad you are here! I have been sharing tips for getting a good nights sleep. If you read my previous post, you know that this is something that I had been struggling with for a while. I really got motivated to share this info when I was listening to an interview of a man who had written a sleep book and he shared about a study that showed 100% of the people that had sleep problems were deficient in magnesium.
The best way to get magnesium in your body is transdermal (through your skin). The result will not be immediate but it will help in a week or two.

If you need immediate relief for sleeplessness, try using tuna fish oil. It really works! Here is a picture of what I use so that you know what to buy.
I take 3 tablets when I am struggling with sleep and that usually works for me. If that did not help, I will get up and take 2 more which does help me sleep. I am not a doctor, I am just sharing with you what has worked for me in the past.
The next tip I want to share is to use Roman Chamomile Essential Oil to help relax you. Put some on your wrists, neck and temples. I also inhale it, just a few whiffs should do the trick.
Be sure to put your cell phone away about an hour before going to bed and it is best to read a book or do some quiet activity (without a lighted screen) before lying down.
