Homemade Salsa with orange tomatoes
Homemade salsa with orange tomatoes. This was so good that I had to share with you. If you have a garden, now is the time for canning and freezing all those great tomato recipes. This recipe was delicious and very easy to make.

2 cups tomatoes, ½ C onion, 2T salsa verde or green chilies, 2T cilantro, 1t garlic, 1t cumin,  2T lime juice, ½ t Pink Himalayan Salt.  Throw all ingredients into blender and pulse to desired consistency. So delicious! Add avocado for your good fats and organic corn chips for crunch. Let me know if you try this recipe.
